Digital0 operates ActiveHue at https://activehue.com. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit the site, use the app, sign in, or buy ActiveHue Pro.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is an independent controller for billing data. See https://www.paddle.com/legal.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect

Google sign-in via Firebase: account id, name, email, profile photo. Purchases: user id and email sent to Paddle so we can grant Pro. Paddle collects payment and invoice data. We do not store full card numbers. App usage may include saved Hue settings, diagnostics, and technical logs.

3. Processors

• Google Cloud / Firebase — auth, account data, hosting
• Paddle.com Market Limited — Merchant of Record for payments, invoices, tax, refunds
• Google OAuth — only if you sign in with Google

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Email contact@activehue.com. We respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with BfDI or your local authority.
