Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Digital0, Willem-Barents-Straße 29, 18106 Rostock, Germany (“Provider”), operating ActiveHue at https://activehue.com, and anyone who downloads, installs, or uses ActiveHue or related services (“User”).

By installing the app, creating an account, or buying ActiveHue Pro, you agree to these Terms. Privacy is described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

1. Service

ActiveHue is desktop and companion software that automates Philips Hue lighting. A free version is available. ActiveHue Pro is a paid one-time license. ActiveHue is not affiliated with Signify N.V. or Philips Hue.

2. Account and age

Some features require Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You must be at least 16 in the EEA, or 13 elsewhere where permitted.

3. Plans

• Free: up to 2 profiles as a guest, up to 5 with Google sign-in.
• ActiveHue Pro ($18.99, one-time): unlimited profiles and automated Hue Sync. Taxes are shown at Paddle checkout.

4. Payments via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Paid licenses are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. For payment, invoicing, tax, and billing you contract with Paddle. Paddle legal terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal.

5. Right of withdrawal and 14-day refund

Consumers may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days. Independently, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first ActiveHue Pro purchase. See the Refund Policy. Contact contact@activehue.com.
