ActiveHue Pro is a one-time purchase ($18.99 plus taxes shown by Paddle). This is the 14-day refund policy required for Paddle checkout.

You may request a full refund of your first ActiveHue Pro purchase within 14 days of the payment date.
- Applies to the first ActiveHue Pro license on the account
- Must be requested within 14 days of the original Paddle charge
- After a refund, Pro access is removed. The free app still works.

How to request a refund
- Email contact@activehue.com with subject “ActiveHue Pro refund”.
- Include the Google account email used in ActiveHue.
- Include the Paddle transaction id or invoice if you have it.
- We typically review within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in about 5–10 business days.
